• We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

• Users can shop online after registering on the Website by providing all required information. Users are responsible for keeping their User ID and Password confidential.
• Users must ensure the accuracy of the information provided during registration. If the Company doubts the correctness of the information or finds it false or misleading, it can cancel or suspend the user's registration.
• Users must not use another person’s name, User ID, mobile number, or email with the intent to impersonate them. The Company can refuse or cancel a User ID at its discretion.
• Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use the information provided for database purposes. The Company will use this information in accordance with the Agreement.
• The Company is not responsible for:
  1.Delivery of products to the wrong address provided by the user.
  2.Any loss or damage due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the user. Users may also face legal action for providing false or misleading information.
  

• This site is for retail customers. If a purchase is for resale or is a bulk purchase (more than 2 units), we may cancel the order and initiate a refund within 7-10 working days. This includes multiple orders of the same or different products under the same name, group, mobile number, email address, or IP address. The Company may treat such orders as bulk and cancel or reject them at its own discretion, and permanently block these users from the company’s e-commerce website without notice.
• For fraudulent transactions, such as returning fake, old, or damaged products instead of the original, or not returning a product after a refund, we may restrict future transactions and/or permanently block these users without notice.

• The user confirms they own or are authorized to share the information provided on the Website, ensuring it is correct, complete, accurate, not misleading, and compliant with regulations.
• The user agrees to indemnify the Company and its affiliates against any claims from the information they post. The Company can remove such information without prior notice.
• The user is responsible for their information, which must be:
  1.Correct, complete, relevant, and accurate.
  2.Non-fraudulent.
  3.Free of intellectual property violations..
  4. Non-defamatory or threatening.

The Company reserves the right to remove or edit such information.

• The user agrees not to use the Website, services, or materials for unlawful purposes or actions that could harm the Website or its networks, or interfere with other users.
• The user will not attempt unauthorized access to the Website, other users' accounts, or connected systems through hacking or other means. Fraudulent or illegal activity may result in termination of access.
• The user will not post communications aimed at obtaining passwords or private information from others and must not harass, intimidate, or impersonate other users.
• The Company is not responsible for the content or accuracy of user-submitted material.

• Once the product is delivered it cannot be returned. However, if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, the user can follow the necessary steps to replace it.
• If there is a stock shortage or any other valid reason, the company may accept the product return and refund the user's payment.
• Eligible refunds for Pay on Delivery transactions will be processed via NEFT to the user's account.

• Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order is accepted by the Company. We may accept or decline your order at any time and may supply fewer items than ordered. You will be informed if fewer items are supplied, and you can choose to accept or reject the modified quantity. Your order is accepted once the products are shipped or services are performed. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. Additional verifications may be required before accepting an order.
• The Company can refuse or cancel orders with incorrect prices or information, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If charged, a refund will be issued immediately.
• If there is a stock shortage or any other valid reason, the company may accept the product return and refund the user's payment.
• Eligible refunds for Pay on Delivery transactions will be processed via NEFT to the user's account.

• Cancellation must be done before the order status changes to "handed over to courier" on the Website.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on its part in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason thereof if such failure and/or delay shall be the result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein.

• The user acknowledges that the Company has no control over who accesses the Website and services, what content is accessed, posted, or transmitted, and how the content affects users or third parties. The Company is not liable for any actions taken based on the content or products accessed through the Website. Some content may be offensive or inappropriate. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or decency of the products or content accessed through the Website. All services, products, and content are provided "as is" without warranties, except as provided by the product manufacturer. Some limitations on implied warranties may not apply in certain states.
