Cancellations And Returns Policy
  • The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
  • In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  • Goldmedal Electricals Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation of any order.
  • For prepaid orders, 10 percent of the order value will be deducted in case of cancellation after shipment.
  • If the payment was made by credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallets, we will refund the money to the respective payment account.
  • Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure the refund into your account. While we control the release of funds from our side, there is little we can do in case of a delay from the bank’s end.
How to Replace a Defective Item
  • If your product is damaged in transit, call our helpline - 9711090909 or customer care: 8355913757, or email us info@goldmedalindia.com within 24 hours from the date/of the delivery to register your complaint. Our service team will inspect the product and, if it is beyond repair, we will collect the damaged item along with all accessories and send you a replacement. Replacement is subject to stock availability at our nearest fulfilment warehouse

  • If the product is not working, call our helpline - 9711090909 or customer care: 8355913757, or email us info@goldmedalindia.com within 24 hours from the date date/time of the delivery to register your complaint. Our representative will visit for verification and accordingly prepare a service report. Post verification, which may take 5-7 working days our customer care team will contact you for best resolution and will update you on Return/Refund.

Non-Eligible Products for Return/Replacement:
  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
  • Products without a valid, readable, and untampered serial number.

If your complaint/ issue remains unresolved or you are dissatisfied with the response, you can write to our Grievance Officer, Chintan Soni, Designation: Customer care head at chintan.s@goldmedalindia.com. We will respond within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of your email.
