How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes the order, we send the request to our warehouse.
  • After product check, the product is packed and handed over to our delivery partner.
  • Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Upon dispatch of the product, you will receive a notification with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Your orders’ option on your My Accounts page.
  • In case, delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  • For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

How to check the status of your order?

  • You can check the status of your order in the My Accounts section in Goldmedal Electricals Pvt. Ltd. ecommerce website.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

  • If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will attempt to reach you via phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate the delivery of your package. A second delivery attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold the parcel for 3 days, awaiting further instructions from you before returning the parcel to Goldmedal Electricals Pvt. Ltd. associates.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier partner, we will automatically cancel the order and you are entitled to receive your refund.

What should I do if I have only received a part of my order?

  • While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels from different locations and on different dates.
  • For a order containing multiple products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, Goldmedal through Courier Company is unable to deliver the product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail, the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the order or wait for the product to be delivered. In case of cancellation, you agree that Goldmedal shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

  • If you notice that your parcel is damaged upon receipt, you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when dispatched from our partner centers.
  • All claims, if any, for damage must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery through Customer care by calling our customer care on 9711090909 or by writing us on info@goldmedalindia. email.

Goldmedal Electricals Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Goldmedal does not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
